Jay joined Cassady Schiller in 2018 as a Tax Partner. He has 20 years of public accounting experience serving clients primarily in Cincinnati, the Ohio Valley and the Midwest.
Jay’s extensive experience includes providing large private and family enterprise clients with holistic planning that integrates business advisory, corporate and personal tax planning.
Jay works with high net worth families and their family offices, closely held businesses and private equity. His focus areas include the taxation of pass-through entities, including mergers and acquisitions, transactional planning, structuring, restructuring and formations. Jay’s industry expertise includes a heavy focus in the start-up, service, transportation, and real estate areas.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and his Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Cincinnati. He serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Lindner College of Business teaching partnership tax at the graduate school level. Jay resides in Hyde Park with his wife, Jen.
